1. Campbellsville University: 

In a nutshell, the background story of the university, Campbellsville, is a private university, active since 1906.

Foundation and Location: 

The university is located in Campbellsville, Ky. It’s a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation. A little info on the campus is that there are 2 off-campus centers in Kentucky cities, Harrodsburg, Hodgenville, Liberty, Louisville, and Somerset, with instructional sites in Elizabethtown and Owensboro Summersville. 

CPT and Visa: 

The university is also best known for flexible online degrees and Masters with CPT programs. Students come from 50+ countries, and importantly, they can transfer their credits. 98% of the time, the international students receive H-1B Visa approval, which is excellent news. 


Notably, the university offers approximately 90-degree programs and offers intakes 6 times in an academic year, like in Jan/Mar/May/Jun/Aug/Oct.

2. University Of The Cumberlands:

Foundation and Location: 

One of the main reasons this is our favorite university is that it is one of the Kentucky region’s largest and most affordable private universities. The university is precisely located in Williamsburg, Kentucky. The university was originally founded in 1888 by Baptist ministers but has been active since 1913. To date, 18,000 have enrolled at the university, and they are diligently welcoming more and more students across the world. 

Financial aid: 

Additionally, the University Of The Cumberlands offers undergraduate degrees (in 40+ majors fields of study), pre-professional, Masters, and executive doctoral programs. 97% of the time, the students of the University Of The Cumberlands receive sound financial aid. Suppose you are one of those students who are genuinely interested but hesitating financially to go abroad to study. In that case, it actually is a fine choice if you really see it. The student-to-faculty ratio at this university is 20:1, meaning you should get ready to receive good training. 


Then, it is pretty diverse out there because students from 40+ countries are happily taking education every year. The acceptance rate is around 73.

3. Alderson Broaddus University:

Foundation and Location: 

One of the best things about the university is the community and care, and the rest comes next. Alderson Broaddus University has been pretty active in providing quality education to its students when it comes to education. Apparently, the university offers 31 Bachelor’s Degree Programs, 4 Master’s Degree Programs, and 5 Associate Degree Programs. Referring to the campus of Alderson Broaddus University, it’s located in Philippi, West Virginia. 

Financial Aid: 

It’s a very historical university in operation since 1871, almost 150 years till date. You can expect to get Hybrid work/Study programs once tied with the university. 99% of the time, university students receive financial aid, which most international students look for. And students from 20+ different countries come to the university for various fields of education.

Acceptance Rate and Intakes: 

The acceptance rate at Alderson Broaddus University is 47% which you may think is less. Still, the intakes happen 6 times in Jan / Mar / May / June / Aug / Oct.

4. Webster University:

Foundation and Location: 

First things first, their mission statement of making education accessible for all is what makes them special. The track record of the university is an astonishing story of 100 successful years of providing amazing education. Today they reach around 10,000 students across 50 residential, metro, military, and international locations. And that’s a combined effort of 40 years. This private university is located in Webster Groves, Missouri.

Programs and Scholarships: 

They also have networking campuses in Asia and Europe. Amazingly they offer four-year degrees, accelerated master’s degrees, doctoral programs, certificates, and professional development series—all with more than 160 program offerings and a variety of flexible study options. You can opt for on-campus or online and Hybrid Master Programs, whichever suits and fits in your comfort. You can choose to be on-campus, or off-campus housing options are all available. Significantly, international students’ scholarships are there for your aid, around $13,000 – $19,000/year. About 140 countries are represented in their student body, and such a high level is their networking. 

Acceptance Rate and Tuition Fee:

5. Keiser University:

Foundation and Location: 

Firstly, on a popular note, the university is currently offering degrees in over 100 doctoral, specialist, master’s, bachelor’s, and associate fields. And it has campuses in 21 of Florida’s major and mid-sized metropolitan areas/Florida communities. This university is a private body located in Fort Lauderdale (the main campus). 

Education Programs: 

The flagship residential campus is located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and a few more campuses are in Florida and spread across internationally. They committed to training their students in careers like business, criminal justice, health care, technology, hospitality, education, and career-focused general studies. You shall receive a career-focused curriculum, remarkably evaluated by experts. 

Intakes and Financial aid: 

You shall engage in a widely diverse student body from over 60+ COUNTRIES. There are scholarship programs available if you need any financial support. Just check for eligibility here. The intake usually happens 3 times in an academic year, i.e., in Fall/Spring/Summer. 


The fee is $1049 – $1099 per credit hour, and the average tuition fee is from $31470 – $65940. And finally, the acceptance rate of the university is 88%, and if you are an international student, this may make you happy. 

6. Illinois Eastern Community Colleges: 

Foundation and Location:

This is unique of all in the list because there are around 4 colleges partnered in this community, namely: Frontier Community College, Lincoln Trail College, Olney Central College, and Wabash Valley College. All 4 of them are nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and Accredited by The Higher Learning Commission. 

Programs and Intakes: 

The Community is well known for quality education at a very affordable rate. The community is honored as a Top Community College in Illinois by Aspen Prize. Coming back to the business, the university has been active since 1960 and 100 different degrees, certificates, and transfer options. Fees and other expenditure: 

You can opt for either on-campus or off-campus housing; if you choose off-campus, you would have to spend somewhere around $6,500. Scholarship programs are available, and you can comfortably seek financial help with no trouble. The tuition fee can be around $9,400, which in a way, is reasonable. For books and supplies, it may charge up to $1,000. And lastly, the medical insurance for your own safety and protection is around $1,000. 

Acceptance Rate: 

And actually, TOEFL is not required for international students, also given that the acceptance rate is 85%, which may be a relief for a few. 


7. Trine University:

Foundation and Location: 

It’s a quite historic university active for science 135 years providing excellence in education fields like arts and sciences, business, education, and engineering. Trine University is situated in Angola, Indiana. The university is well recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, a regional accreditation agency. 

Scholarship Details and Eligibility: 

We’ll emphasize more on the scholarship side of things as many of you would prefer that. Here a student would get a scholarship or get eligible, and that’s entirely based on your merit score. At times you may just receive one because it’s constantly renewing annually. 

So, this info can at least help you make yourself prepared that way in the future. And again, you wouldn’t get the same scholarship next time. It would generally vary; perhaps the ACT/SAT scores are recommended. Approximately the scholarship for undergraduate students is $ 8,000 – $16,000/year. 

Fee and Other Expenditure: 

Now comes the tuition part. For under graduation, it would range from  $33,650 and more. For the graduate programs, the tuition fee is around  $575/Credit. The amount that you have to send for the housing and meal would be  $11,700. 

Next for health insurance can charge up to $1,499. Last but not least, the university’s acceptance rate is 73% in 2 intakes, spring, and fall. 8. Mercy College: 

Foundation and Location: 

The mission statement of this college is what motivates them, and there is a possibility that it would inspire you too in a blossoming city like New York. It’s their ‘you deserve access to an education’ mission statement that makes them this unique. Mercy successfully provides 90 undergraduate and graduate degree & certificate programs (housed within five schools: Business, Education, Health and Natural Sciences, Liberal Arts, and Social & Behavioral Sciences). 

Info on Other Campuses: 

They have three campuses, all in New York, like one in Dobbs Ferry; the other 2 are in the Bronx and Manhattan. Touching a little on the advantage of being in New York, it’s one of the world’s most popular cities where renowned brands operate, and they range from media to education, finance, fashion, beauty, tech, and health care. All this is to say that if you get close to the industry, you may have a chance to be part of that industry one day. There are on-campus, online, and Hybrid program options for you, along with 9 STEM Majors & SAT/ACT/GRE/GMAT Optional. 


The undergraduates can potentially get merit scholarships from $1,500 – $5,000 per year. You can take up internship or professional opportunities during your college. On a financial note, the tuition fee could be around $19,920.00 for undergraduates and $943.00/Credit for graduates. Housing and other expenses may charge you around $14,000.00 in Dobbs Ferry Campus and $15,530.00 in New York City Campus.

Acceptance Rate: 

Lastly, the acceptance rate of the university is about 79%. 

9. Edmonds College:

Foundation and Location:

Edmonds college is located in Lynnwood, Washington, the United States, with more than 17,000 students annually on 50 acres of land. The institute employs 1,300 people on campus with 126 full-time teachers. On-campus, you can find 28 computer labs, 9 science laboratories, 3 cafes, 2 greenhouses, one digital recording studio, one art gallery, gym, Triton field, transit center, 2 on-campus residence halls, and a satellite center. 

Programs and Acceptance Rate: 

Edmonds college provides 2 bachelor of applied science programs, 63 associated degrees, 60 professional certificates in 25 various fields of study. 10. St. Francis College:

Foundation and Location: 

St. Francis College is located in Brooklyn Heights (New York City), United States. It was established in the year 1859, 162 years ago, yet another historical institute by Franciscan Brothers of Brooklyn. 

Education Programs: 

The college offers 72 majors and minor programs, and in total, there are around 19 academic departments. The students of St. Francis College from The Communication Arts department are placed in broadcasting companies such as ABC, NBC, CNN, and MTV. 

Acceptance Rate and Fee:
