Job Description
Student Counselor with experience in Study Abroad – USA, Canada and the UK process.
As a part of our growth plans in India, we are looking for ambitious and talented Student Counselor at our Hyderabad office (India) to join our growing team.
You will be a strong communicator with high levels of empathy, a knowledge of the recruitment process (USA, Canada or UK). You will work with the team to analyse and verify student documents, provide answers and guidance on the courses we offer, and meet a recruitment target each intake. You must be highly proficient in written and oral communication in English.
You must also have a strong working knowledge of the recruitment cycle, how to communicate to both inform advise / persuade and demonstrate an ability to deliver on short deadlines and assigned targets. You must have determination and focus to reach your recruitment results.
Responsibilities
Contacting students who have registered an interest in our courses to schedule interviews.
Providing prospective students with detailed information about their chosen courses.
Carry out outbound phone call to contact your students.
Liaise with the team to validate documentation throughout the enrolment process.
Advise prospecting students on their course options and encouraging enrollment where appropriate.
Be the main point of contact for your list of prospective students in the enrollment process.
Skills Essential: – Has relevant sector work experience in study abroad.
